Deputy Store Managers
Salary between £22,000-£24,000
We are looking to recruit Deputy Store Managers for our Co-operative food convenience stores located in Coventry, Rugby and Nuneaton area.
Your role will be to assist the Store Manager in managing the store. You will inject your own personality and fresh thinking into a business that is recognised for its honesty and integrity.
Successful applicants will be committed, enthusiastic, organised and be able to work as part of a team to deliver the highest standards of customer service.You should have relevant management experience preferably with knowledge of existing food convenience store practices and systems however full training will be provided.
Applicants must be available to work five out of seven days with fully flexibility contracted to 39 hours but also to cover additional hours as the business requires.
You should be fully mobile as you may be required to travel to any store within the trading area.
Part Time Food Store Supervisors – Coventry
We are currently looking to recruit Part Time Supervisors to work in our Food Stores in the Coventry area.
Previous retail experience is essential and previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills, be able to work within a team and on their own initiative. They will have supervisory responsibilities which will include being responsible for cash and the opening and closing of the Store.
The positions are Part Time and will be worked over a seven day trading period so flexibility in working hours is essential.
Deputy Property Services Manager
(Full Time Position)
The Society is looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Property Services Manager. The successful applicant will work alongside our Property Services Manager to assist with FM, Project Management and Health and Safety across a multi-site operation.
Candidates must be NEBOSH qualified with a minimum Tech IOSH membership, be able to demonstrate a broad working knowledge of Health and Safety, be competent in Microsoft office packages including Microsoft Project and hold a full UK driving licence.
A FM or Project Management qualification and AutoCAD would be advantageous along with experience in a retail or a multi-site operation.
The position will be based in Nuneaton Warwickshire.
Part Time Receptionist/Admin Clerk – Nuneaton
The Society currently has a vacancy for the above position situated at the Head Office in Nuneaton.
The hours available are 23¼ per week over three days.
The successful applicant will have sound administration skills, be of smart appearance, be able to work flexible hours to cover holidays and be able to work as part of a team.
Previous reception/switchboard experience would be an advantage.
Applicants will need to be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft software.
