2020 will be an exciting year for us as we further develop and strengthen our client focussed team and we currently have a number of roles that are key to those developments.

At our Rugby funeral home we are looking to recruit a full-time (39 hours per week plus On Call and a Saturday rota) Community Funeral Director. This role requires a complete focus on providing our client families with the very highest levels of service through advising them of what options are available to them in order for us to be able to arrange a unique tribute for their loved ones.

To be successful in this role we would expect our Community Funeral Director to be an active team player but also able to work to their own initiative. You will need to be able to work under pressure while maintaining an empathetic and tactful manner and be sympathetic to the needs of others. It is important that you are computer literate and must have a full driving licence.

This role requires a complete focus on providing our client families with the very highest levels of service through advising them of what options are available to them in order for us to be able to arrange a unique tribute for their loved ones.

The base location will be defined at a later stage according to the successful candidate’s home address. This role requires a complete focus on providing our client families with the very highest levels of service through advising them of what options are available to them in order for us to be able to arrange a unique tribute for their loved ones.

The successful applicant will preferably have some experience in the Funeral Industry however this is not a prerequisite as full training will be provided once in post. We also require the individual to provide their own vehicle for which we will pay business mileage.

Funeral Plan Consultant

We have a fantastic opportunity available in the form of our pre-paid funeral plan consultant role. The successful individual will be someone who can visit and advise clients in their own homes about our market leading pre-paid funeral plan products. This person will be a consumer champion offering our clients the best possible advice and while we appreciate this may sound like the role for an over-zealous sales person, what we really need is a brand ambassador who will promote our options in a sensitive and ethical manner whilst building relationships within the local communities in which we trade. This role will be field based and as such a society vehicle is included within the package.

The successful applicant will have comprehensive sales experience, good organisation skills and will understand how to be client focussed, while maintaining an understanding of the product and the marketplace. It is important that you are computer literate and must have a full driving licence.
